At Senior Living Ancillary Services, we customize our contracts to meet the needs of the facilities we service. Part A services are set up in one of two main options. The two primary options are outlined below:

Senior Living Ancillary Services is designed to work within your facility's existing infrastructure. Our goal is to form a partnership that utilizes the strengths of both, in order to accomplish great results.

Per Diem Rates:
We will establish rates for each rehab RUGS category that will be billed to the facility for each day a resident is in that category. The facility will not pay any other fees for such things as screens, meetings, marketing, or in-services. The per diem rates are based upon the number of minutes of therapy required for each category.
Per Minute Charge:
We will set a rate per minute of direct care patient time. This will be the rate charged for each minute of therapy rendered regardless of the RUGS category.

Part B services are billed most frequently as a portion of the Medicare Fee schedule.
